trauma counselor in North Phoenix

Hi, I’m Brianda Teterukov, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
& the Owner of AZ Therapy Quest LLC

As a counselor, my passion is to help each and every one of my clients get on the path of self-discovery and healing as quickly as possible. As a first step, I provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and feel that someone truly sees and hears you.

I believe it is essential to be able to meet people where they are at and to provide compassionate guidance towards a more fulfilling life. This is why I am trained in some of the most advanced techniques that lead to a long-lasting recovery quicker than traditional talk therapy: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more.

As a therapist, even though I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and marriage counseling, I also believe that it is crucial to approach counseling from a holistic perspective, taking into account the interconnected nature of mind, body, and emotions.

Together, we will explore the patterns and behaviors that aren’t serving you and get the results that you deserve. As an added benefit, I provide counseling services both in English and Spanish, whichever you prefer.
